I have
heard that
most businesses fail in the first year or two?
Not all
businesses make it. Many businesses fail in the first 2 years
and some types of businesses fail more than 50%.
That is why this is a perfect business. You are not investing in
equipment, leasing a store. You can start this part time without
really any risk at all.
Some people are not self disciplined enough to work from home, but even the
most busy people probably can get one judgment going and only work on that
one until it's collected. That will also allow you to learn how
things work. BUT you can try 10-15 at the beginning if you have
the time and drive.

How do I find these judgments?
I show you many ways to find them.
Most ways are free and all the ways I personally use are free. There
are services that charge a fee and most of them are great. It's up to
you. But I show you many free ways to get them. (PS:
I have started limiting my own to just Minneapolis, MN area and can give you
my leads for other areas and we can talk about this after you purchase the
training system).

Can the winner of a small claims court collect their own money?
Yes, they can. But most
people are too busy to figure out how and that is where you come in.
The numbers prove that most winners do not collect their own money if the
losers don't pay on their own right away.

Can the winner hire a collection agency or even a lawyer?
Yes and no. They
usually can't hire a collection agency because collection agencies do not go
after court awarded money, they usually go after bounced checks etc.
They can hire a lawyer. But lawyers are expensive. These lawyers
even charge a 15 minute charge just to answer a simple email which can mean
that at $200 an hour, to read an email they can charge $50.

Of all the judgments I start working on, how many times will I get
paid by the loser?
This can be as little as 1% or as much as 100%. The small
amounts usually get paid first. Then if a person has been
employed at their job a long time, they are most likely to pay. If the
person has a prestigious job they might pay to save embracement.

Is this for real? It sounds
too easy.
Yes it is for
real. It is not easy, but not real hard either. You do not
have to try to collect 10 judgments at first as this could get confusing.
Try one at first. Then another. They maybe two at a time.
Ask any court clerk where judgments are filed/recorded, how many court
awarded judgments come in each day? The numbers are large.

Can I get hurt pissing off the wrong person?
If you follow my steps, the loser of the
case won't even know what you are doing even after the wage garnishments
start. You can be as secretive as you want and I can give you
some ideas. One is a Mail-Boxes Etc (aka The UPS Store).
They have real street addresses and you use this for ALL things related to
judgments including the address you give the court and the winner too.

Do I need to know as much as an attorney would to collect judgments?
No. Our system
gives you most of what you need to know and you can add your own notes as
you go, such as phone numbers of court houses, mailing address, landlord
contacts etc.... And there isn't a license or permit needed.

Are there going to be 10-20 other people in my area trying to
collect the same judgments?
No. There are new judgments
each and every day. There are so many older ones that no one is
working on at all. Go back and get a judgment that was awarded 2 years
ago (we show you how to find these). Most likely no one has or will
contact them about collecting their judgment.

BUT the amount has drastically gone up over the last three years, as we are
in a very long and deep recession and that has caused the number of judgment

Do I have to work full time or part time?
Either. You can start with
one. Learn by doing the one. Then do another. Then do two
at one time. Increase the number as your time permits. Maybe you
can quit your job in the future if you get enough money rolling in.
If you are out of work, KEEP looking for a full time job, but try a couple
of these at the same time.

Is there collection agency
license required?
NO. Collection agencies collect money for someone else. We
show you how to get the judgment assigned to you, thus you are actually
collecting money for yourself. Once you collect the money, you must
give the winner their share. Anyone in any state that is
owed money can collect that money. Now some cities require
certain permit or license to work from home, and you need to check with your
tax account about how to report the money you make on your income and if you
need to at all.

Is this legal where I live?
Yes, if there is a court where money can
be awarded, then you can collect it. Sometimes you have to wait
until the small claims court case is moved up to the next level court before
you can have the judgment assigned to you. Each county is
different.

Making Money as Judgment Processor
Q. Is Judgment Recovery hard to do?
A. You can set up this business from your home, and easily get judgments
into your name. I will show you how. My first year in business, I had over
30 judgments in my name between $1000 and $70,000. And remember, this is not
"collections." You have a court judgment. That means you have available to
you all the legal tools provided by the State. I'll show you those too.
Q. Are some judgments easier to collect than
others?
A. Yes, of course. You want the judgments that are doable. And I'll show you
how to screen through them even before you accept them. You want your
business to be efficient and effective.
Q. How much do I get paid?
A. You'll keep a good percentage of the money you collect--40% to 50%,
typically. I would never go lower than that.
Q. Why would people want to pay me that much?
A. They won't be paying you. You'll be collecting the money, taking your
percentage, and then paying THEM their percentage. You will have the skill
to do what 99% of the people in this country don't know how to do.
Plaintiffs were awarded judgments by the court, but have no means to enforce
them. So your skill is valuable, and very much in demand. People who have
judgments are happy to find someone with the skills to help them.
Q. But how do I find out information about
the judgment debtors?
A. I'll show you the best "Private Investigator" databases available, which
have a terrific compilation of public records and more. You'll also be able
to pull credit reports on the judgment debtor. That will have information
about cars, jobs, banks, and much more.
Q. So, how much could I make the first year?
A. Everyone asks this question. The truthful answer is that you could make a
lot, or you could make zero. It all depends on the quality of the judgments
you accept, and how hard you work.
Yes, it's a fact that 80% of the judgments out there are never collected.
But you don't want just any of these judgments. I'll show you which
judgments to look for and which to avoid. You won't waste your time or
money.
Consider this: If someone was thinking of opening a restaurant and asked you
how much they might make in the first year, you would probably tell them
that it depends on the quality of the food, the location of the restaurant,
the atmosphere, and so on. It's the same with the JR business. How much you
make depends on the quality of the judgments you accept, your knowledge of
the business, the rules in your state (some states I recommend against
getting into this business) and how hard you work.
Now, let's say you are only working part-time as a Judgment Recovery
Specialist. You have used the information and resources I provide in this
Course to locate the debtors, locate most of their places of employment or
their banks, and other assets. Here is a low estimate of what your monthly
income might be:

Case #1: Judgment for $4,000. 5 years old. Interest is $2,003.29 for
total of $6003.29.
Debtor James W. makes $2500.00 a month.
You garnish 25% ($625) and pay 40%-50% to creditor.
* You make $250 to $312 a month for 20 months on this one case alone.

Case #2: Judgment for $5,000. 1 year old. Interest is $500, for total
of $5500.00.
Debtor Sara L. has a bank account with $3000.00.
You have the sheriff perform a bank levy.
* You make $1200 to $1500 in one month on this case, and still have $2500
more you can collect.

Case #3: Judgment for $7,900. 5 years old. Total judgment is now
$11,856.49.
Debtor is a real estate broker.
You do an "assignment order" (I'll show you how) so that his clients have to
pay you instead of him..
* You make $2000 per month until it is paid in full.
*You can see how, with 4 to 12 cases going simultaneously, you can have a
good stream of income, even part time. And it can be continuous. The more
cases you want to work, the more streams of income will be coming in
simultaneously.
Q. Are there larger cases out there?
A. Yes, much, much larger. Like the one against OJ Simpson. But you
should first learn the ropes in small claims, and then move on to the civil
court. The judgment recovery rules are the same. But don't worry about the
larger ones yet. Once you become established and effective, larger judgments
will be offered to you as well.
Q. I was told by a guy at a seminar that I
can do business in any state, and from home. He said I can do it all through
the mail. Is that true?
A. No, It's not true.
Some states are much better than others for this business, and some have
strict limitations on the Judgment Recorvery business. Email me about the
state you want to do business in, and I'll respond right away.
Q. Are the procedures covered in your Course
applicable to my state?
A. Yes. And also the states now have their forms online for free or at the
court house.
While state laws and forms may differ a bit, the procedures are basically
the same. You will need to research some of your own state laws for those
differences. And I'll show you how.
All the other general forms, letters to creditors, and how to call the
creditors and what to say to them—all of that is in the course.
Q. If you are so successful, then how come
you are selling a course? Aren't you creating competition?
A. Good question. There are TOO Many for me to collect. Every day
there are hundreds of new judgments that get awarded in the country,
remember every county in every state has judgments and this includes small
claims court judgments.
I'm not a salesman. I'm really in this business
full time. And I wrote this course at the encouragement of others in real
estate to teach them how to collect on their EX-Tenants. They
knew I could write and they knew I understood this business well, and that I
was very successful. And frankly, a lot of people in this business were
dropping out because they didn't have the right tools to get up and running,
or they believed the hype on the internet about this being such an easy
business.
I would never say that this is an easy business. No business is easy. You
have to work. You have to work hard. (If you are not a hard worker, then
it's probably best not to be in business for yourself. But if you are a hard
worker, than this may be the business for you )
Also, I wrote this course because I don't want the JR business to be
regulated. If more people are doing this business knowledgeably and
professionally, then it won't be regulated. The reason there are specific
state regulations for doctors, lawyers, real estate people and others, is
because some people in those professions weren't professional. I don't want
that to happen to my profession. So, if you have the right training, it
helps me too.
Please remember that this really is a profession. Isn't that what you want?
Be prepared to learn the profession, and learn it well. And after you start,
be prepared to learn even more, and be prepared to work hard. That's all I
can say.
Q. What about start up costs and ongoing
monthly costs? I've seen advertisements that say "Zero Overhead" and "You
don't even have to get dressed." Is that true?
A. Obviously it's not true. Every business requires a financial investment.
Don't be fooled by those who say otherwise.
Costs to start up and keep going:
Business Phone—check the cost in your area.
Private mail box ( not a P.O. Box—I explain why in the course).
High speed internet.
Advertising on Google or elsewhere ($55 a month). (Don't use the Yellow
Pages! I explain why in the course.)
Sign up for Professional Databases—about $200 at start up. One time charge.
Ongoing Databases—these are essential. Plan on around $100 each month for
these. A little more once you have some money coming in. Without these
databases you will have a very difficult time being successful and waste a
lot of time look for cases at the court. PLEASE trust me on that.
Ongoing Education –this will vary. But it's essential if you want to be a
real professional.
These are the lowest costs for any business I know of. Frankly, if these
costs are too much for you, then you are not yet ready to start any
business. If you were opening a restaurant or Lube & Tune, you would be
paying around ½ million dollars just for start up and $10-40K a month
overhead. Even starting a simple flower shop business on a street corner
would cost more than the JR business—just to build the stand and buy new
flowers every day!
So, it's best not to start unless you have these minimum resources. Again,
this is a profession. You must be professional and do it right.
But also remember that your costs are possibly tax deductible—including the
course. You can write off computer purchases, internet fees, and all related
office materials you get for your business. You can also deduct for your
office space, electricity, etc.—in proportion to the rent or mortgage you
are already paying. And, after you're up and going, you won't have the cost
of the regular daily commute, and other auto expenses. That's a big saver
too.

have to pay. John has to make him pay. And John doesn't know how.
John turns to you for help. You're the one in your community with the
knowledge and skill to do it.
What can you do as a Judgment Recovery Specialist? As a J.R. Specialist, you
know how to locate where Bob works and garnish his wages, locate where he
banks and seize the money, put a lien on his home, and take his car to be
auctioned. And, if he has a business, you know how to have the sheriff sit
there and collect money form the customers, make his clients pay you
directly instead of him…and much, much more.
You may be wondering how you get the judgment into your name. After all,
you're not an attorney. At first you're not that familiar with courts.
Well, every state has a provision where the Original Judgment Creditor (the
plaintiff who won the money judgment) can assign the rights, title and
interest in his judgment to another person. He can assign it to you. In
effect, you now own the judgment.
That means you are the new Creditor. Of course there is a contingency
arrangement where you return to the Original Judgment Creditor a percentage
of what you recovery. Typically that percentage is 40% to 50%. And the
Original Creditor is happy to assign it. He's not getting anywhere, and
wants you to take over and use your skills.
So, using the above case, here's what happens.
John Creditor assigns the judgment to you--the Judgment Recovery Specialist.
You are now the new Judgment Creditor. You use your skills and special
'private investigator' sites to locate his workplace, and his assets. Using
the tools from this course, You then collect the money, and pay John his
percentage. Now he's really happy. You keep your percentage, and move on to
your next case.
That's how it works.
I wish I could say that six figures a year is an "easy" six figures, but
it's not. It take hard work for that income. And you can make that much only
